A very hard situation to live.

Our heart and prayers goes out to Pascal Brun, a childhood friend of my husband. While growing up in the valley, they skiied many daring “couloirs” together fantasizing of their dreams. Pascal’s was to be a pilot, and so many years later when their lives were forged, they met again and chatted of their feats. Both had fathered 6 children, but Pascal had indeed made his dream come true, be a helicopter pilot, not only accomplishing his dream, but as he said working every day his passion. He has become the most renound pilot in the valley, always there to serve, clients or businesses.

Many of Chalet Les Cimes clients have used his services, to circle the Aiguille Verte, be dropped off at the ski slopes, or chauffeured from the near airports!

Today Jean-Marc and I wish to send him all our affection. May he and his family find confort and peace treasuring the best memories of their lost son and friends.

Still we managed to swing some clubs at the golf practice and the kids managed to climb in the indoor climbing center! Now after a sauna, and jacuzzi dip we are sipping champagne cocktail before heading for a raclette diner to our favorite restaurant Le Chaudron. So even with bad weather there is plenty to do out of the snow season.
In order for you to discover the valley out of season, I will offer a promotion price of 2500 euros for any week from here to 1st December for 7 nights rental. Remember the chalet can welcome 12 guests. Certain conditions apply, but call me to find out more.

This year bookings enquiries are starting to come in early, as ski lovers book well in adavance their holiday dates. Chalet Les Cimes is for sale, however, as the economic market fluctuates, we are in no hurry to rush a deal, so we will start renting for the winter period again.
